Imagine owning a new iPhone 8 at the price of low end Kabambe phone!
Too good to be true? Not really. This time it is true that Kenyans will from Monday next week have an opportunity to acquire the world’s most desired phone at only Sh1000.
The 97.5 percent discounted price for the phone is part of a bouquet of irresistible deals Kenya’s biggest online retailer Jumia is offering its shoppers for the Black Friday sale promotion that starts on 13th November.
The lowest price in the market for the phone is Sh80,000 implying that shoppers will save approximately Sh78,000.
This and other discounts will be available starting this coming Sunday night at 11.59 PM.
“We know customers are always on the lookout for the best deals. I can assure you that this year’s Jumia BlackFriday Festival 2017 will not only meet their expectations, but also provide shoppers with seamless customer experience and protection,” Jumia Kenya Managing director Sam Chappatte said on Monday.
Chappatte said that, Jumia website would see a significant increase in inventory across all categories including: fashion, electronics, phones, computers, home, baby, health, beauty, travel and food, with up to 80 percent discount off regular prices on up to 500,000 products from 5,000 vendor merchants.
Shoppers also stand chances to win various prizes including tickets to Jumia Black Friday concert where Kenya’s best loved boys band Sauti Sol will be performing.
The concert will take place on the 23rd of November 2017 at the Alchemist, Westlands featuring among other artists like H-Art the Band and stand up comedy performers, MC Jesse and Teacher Wanjiku.
This year’s Jumia’s Black Friday will last for 30 days starting on Monday, 13th November to 13th December.
