PE Leapfrog acquires Goodlife Pharmacy for Sh2.2 billion

LeapFrog Investments has acquired a Sh2.2 billion majority stake in Kenyan pharmacy, Goodlife Pharmacy, from private equity firm Catalyst Principal Partners.

The PE termed the acquisition of Goodlife Pharmacy as the largest direct investment in East African retail pharmacy sector to date.
